Mr. Rajendra Chemate
- M. Sc. In Organic Chemistry from Pune University, Pune.
- Extensive expertise and experience in research and development, impurities synthesis, process safety, scale-up, technology transfer, project management, manufacturing operations, and day-to-day client communication.
- Involvement in the manufacturing processes by leading and successfully implementing all sorts of process development such as yield improvement, cost reduction, time cycle reduction, etc while complying with company guidelines of high product quality, cGMP & regulatory requirements. Project planning, literature search, and designing the new route.
- Polymorphic screening to develop a new polymorph for different APIs & also feasibility study, and route finalization by considering cost-effective and safe process.
- Development of oncology products in the Isolator area and execution on a commercial scale.
- Overall 18 years of Industrial experience, worked in leading API organizations (Teva Pharmaceuticals, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Lupin Pharmaceuticals & Aarti Pharmalab) with higher levels of responsibilities (to deliver intermediates & APIs from mg to Kg with quantity and quality & scale up on plant scale, technology transfer, project management, manufacturing operations, etc) and positions.
